Reciprocal Service is the cornerstone of the NationaLease system, and an invaluable resource for its members and customers alike. To ensure the highest quality of Reciprocal Service standards, there is a NationaLease Test Call Program. The program is designed to help uncover any areas of weakness throughout the system. Each NationaLease service facility receives two test calls per year: one in the first half of the year, and one in second.
We are pleased to report that Minuteman Trucks, Inc., a NationaLease Member has successfully handled each of our test emergencies for all test calls performed from January 2013 to June 2014. On behalf of myself and all of the members of NationaLease, thank you for your attention to this very important NationaLease Standard! We appreciate your company’s cooperation in helping us to maintain the Systems “Spirit” of Reciprocal Service.
